Aircon cool-hot.. what's wrong?

did you feel aircon not cool?

Aircon is cold when on the move, occasionally not cold if at traffic light or stationary.

do you mean fan motor?

 

meaning you dont feel any air coming out from the air con vent.

 

What I understand from mechanic is there are 2 fan motor and one is not blowing. There is still air coming from the air con vent but will not be cold on a hot day when car at stationary.

Oic....one is radiator fan while the other is air con fan.

 

Change is almost a must and its not too ex too.

No need lah. From your description it's the condenser fan that is faulty.

Just change fan motor. What car you driving? Price should be below 200. Even 200 is ex.

I have a similar problem. Car scrapping in one year. Meantime only use in the morning to send kid to school. Aircon is not cold and in fact seems to give out warm air, cos in the car it's warmer than outside

 

I was thinking to just use the fan; turn off aircon but it seems not workable as the air that comes out is warm.

I have a similar problem. Car scrapping in one year. Meantime only use in the morning to send kid to school. Aircon is not cold and in fact seems to give out warm air, cos in the car it's warmer than outside

 

I was thinking to just use the fan; turn off aircon but it seems not workable as the air that comes out is warm.

I send my car to Mark Cool this morning. My car left with 4 months and they are near all scrap yard, managed to get a motor considering my car not so common. They charge me $200, today not free to collect my car and will collect tomorrow morning. The people there are very friendly to my surprise.
