Self expense $600/ mth

Utilities (starhub, phonebills, internet, powergas) $500/ mth

Car $1000/ mth

Parents $300/ mth

 

Already $2400 liao.

 

Kids?

 

btw, cpf caps at $4.5k. Even so, I think 25% of 5k or 4k is not easily achieved by the average Sinagaporean.

me and my wife combine is around 90K PA. we tok like 100K PA too.

cause she say she want to have 1 more children which is equal to additional 10K a year min liao

Stay in very nice Semi D $5mil enough.

Or in very nice terrace $3mil enough.

Invest some, spend some, burn some.

when my friends know that mine is only S$300.00 including entertainment but exclude bills.

They are surprise.

I would say the majority, say more than 80%, of Singaporeans will not have $20mil (Assets, Cash, everything) their whole life. Me, including.
