Vhtfhwlego Supercharged December 31, 2010 Share December 31, 2010 Anyway, I have my squeaking sound issue solved. Its more complicated than I think. Workshop even delicate up to 5 people to attend to my car. Dried steering joints and suspension ball joints. Oiled the joints & the problem disappear. Took about 3 hours to finally found the root cause & get the "bird" (the noise sound like bird singing) out. It does cost me some good money. $130, but its within my expected range. The workshop I frequent wasn't the cheapest, but their stuff & supervisor are friendly & helpful, & attend to my humble sedan even with more illustrated cars like GT-Rs (some of them came all the way from Truly Asia) in the garage. Can recommend me the WS?
Yeobh 4th Gear December 31, 2010 Share December 31, 2010 5 person ( not sure whether they are professional mech) x 3hrs= 15 man hr @ $130. Yr shop only charge you = $ 8.66 per hr. Much cheaper than those shop that charge $10.00 for oil change.

Chuckhumprey Neutral Newbie March 1, 2011 Share March 1, 2011 Is wheel balance really a probable cause of vibrations on turning steering wheel? It usually happens to me at the speed of 55 mph just like this http://www.automd.com/answers/shaking-speed-55-mph_q49185/
