when it floods, like in orchard road , the water level would be above the road level. That means that the whole basement will flood to the ceiling level. So this is useless.

 

Unless it is local basement flooding due to pump failure and not area flooding

This kind of canvas sheet are not water proof, must get better qualities (thicker) ones. This kind water can still seep thru slowly.

Take out the PVC sheet and lay out

park car

Wrap car.

 

reverse order when need to use car.

Park under hot sun, becomes a cover.

 

Go picnic change to a ground sheet.

 

etc etc...

 

Clever clever driver.

 

When flood comes-- easier to float away.

If I'm not wrong, you press the top switch button together with the main button at the center button, you will get to screenshot the entire phone.
