Ok then the mac air is good for you. if you do office work like word and excel should be no problem, since there is microsoft office for mac. Powerpoint slides if normal formatting should be ok, unless you use some advanced graphics on your windows laptop and transfer to your mac.

13 inch should be nice, unless you want smaller size, though reading for long may be a problem if the screen is too small.

OS 4.2? Yep, upgraded both iPad and iphone 3g liao [laugh]

mac is the best for daily surfing etc...

no need worry abt malware or virus or slowdowns...

it's easily the most idiot proof pc...

in additional can do dual boot if you need to use it to run some window specific software or games etc....

hmmm.... 13inch with 4G memory? For microsoft office for mac, how much izzit? Apple product very ex...

When you upgraded you iphone 3G, did it slowed down? mine also 3G running on OS4.1...sometimes, a bit retarded but i have used up 95% of the memory for songs...

You know the switch at the side of the ipad, to stop the screen from flip to potrait/landscape? it changed to silent switch with the OS4.2. Right? can change back or not?

Ic... i saw in youtube but was demo by us man..

But it seems to be good if can download hd movie into ps3 and watch from there.

Save money from buying those media player in SLS which can stream pps or somethink similiar.

1) You can download via psn store, however can be quite expensive.

2) If you want to, can also download into your PC and send or stream to your ps3. But it is a little weird (I used to do that cause my previous laptop did not have HDMI out).

Take note that using method 1) you can't possibly get ahem movies...

If you buy a media player, it will probably consume substantially less energy than if you use PS3 to download movies.

You may save more in the long run using a media player.
