I think most likely they will all get jail sentences. At most 1 will hang.

 

When the details emerge in the trial, chances are xxx provoked yyy. Zzzzz took out a chopper, wwww grabbed a chopper from nearby in self defence.

 

Dead man tells no tales, it's up to how the lawyers put up the defence. I wonder how many people would turn up as witness. End of the day, all will get away with the murder charge to manslaughter so long as the lawyers can proved it's not premediated.
