you will need another 3 years before the divorce goes through.

 

If no kids, I suggest annulment. Don't divorce because it's only a year.

 

Annulment means it's like you were never married. You will be eligible to buy new hdb again.

 

But for your current hdb, you can't sell because not 5 years yet. So HDB will want you to surrender back to them at 95% of your purchase price. But you can try to negotiiate with them.

 

About a year divorce/annulment sure $$$ jialat one. Renovation money sure gone down the drain already.

better be careful not to have baby during this period since u planning for the seperation.

Don't need to hire PI so soon.

Do your background checks slowly!

Man will be at the losing end if u never plan it carefully.

Maybe suggest buying/renting a private property and try to get as much money out of selling the hdb first.

If possible trick her to pay for a new car, a new holiday, a new rolex, etc.

Revenge will be sweet for u if you can be patient.
