This one can? https://www.horme.com.sg/product.aspx?id=1090 Yes, I have a similar makita HR2470. Important thing is that it's a rotary hammer, not a normal hammer drill. This one will make holes in concrete easily, even the ceiling. Check that it uses SDS drill bits.
