Due to some reason, can't celebrate V-Day tomorrow. So, instead, will do it this friday.

Was thinking of ordering Italian take away (good ones. Maybe La Strada. Something along that line) and a bottle of wine. Put down a mat and spend the (or most of) night there.

Which part of east coast better for this? Thanks.....

If you want exclusive than i recommend the session after Spore Sailing Club. There is a PCN link from ECP to Changi cycling track. That session pretty quiet and serene. [:p]

Not the sailing club bro. About 1km after the sailing club there is a walk way (PCN) linking ECP and Changi. Those whose done the sundown or jog regularly at East Coast and Changi should know. [laugh]

I think you can go to changi village behind the aloha there in the middle of the night. There is a swimming pool at the end facing the sea. I used to sneak in and chat with my frens when we were having chalet nearby. It very quiet and clean, not like east coast so dirty.

Here? I've never driven to Changi before, to be honest (had a car for less than....a year). So a bit apprehensive. Don't want to get lost and it's kind of far.

Is it that much better? The thing is, I don't know if I'll have a chance to check out that place before Friday....

I think the kelong walk near the Changi Beach Club is nice. There are shelters along the kelong walk where you sit down to eat & drink. The beach there is not bad. The best is to watch the sunset over the sea. Very nice atmosphere.

That sounds interesting. But, sorry, not so familiar with Changi area. I can find the club, but which stretch are you talking about?

If you afraid of FTs giving yu trouble, try Pasir Ris beach..near the chalet areas...right balance of crowds, view and not so desolate as to invite trouble. If you spread a mat and have a little picnic..dont think anyone will be free to disturb there. [flowerface]

This is singapore, you will never get lost and nowhere is kind of far.

Anyway, you know those old american movies? When a boy has the hots for a girl and takes her out on a date, both parties will really hope the boy gets lost driving around in the woods. Then the girl has the chance to act scared and guniang and the boy can act macho and hug her. That's the sort of situation you will want.

My recommendation is Kent Ridge Park .......... [thumbsup]

Quite with nice senery overlooking Pasir Panjang Wharves, can also see Pulau Bukom on fine weather. Can sit right on top of the park where tables, benches and Parvilion are provided. Toilet nearby. Can even take photo with a AMX 13 tank display there ...... [smash][smash]

Somewhere near the Mcdonald's or big splash stretch. Nice places for dinner. Not exactly secluded but there is always the Goldkist Resort for those momentspost-18199-1297728008_thumb.jpg.
