Hi Bros, just to protect our future benefit as a car buyers with kmc, we should joint-up as a group together lol, what do u all think of this idea?

I notice a few buyers are very active participated in this discussion already.

Car is booked & most or less is confirmed unless one backup and forfeit the $5k deposit. My main concern is securing the COE. If no COE, what's there to talk about car. Our bro Xiaobiao is one example and I really pray that he won't succeed in getting COE next round and then he can buy happily go to book his Elantre. Hehe....

Thats a great idea but like what other bros concern is the COE. Hope we all can secure this coming bidding COE.

Very good respond indeed. Now we already have aba, PP, skyD on the list, how about others, we do hope that the bigger the group the better, isn't it? How about delwin, crew, Pink123, & Zirano & Droidwork? since all keen to talk about COE, let talk about COE then. ok.

Along the way others issue may pop-up, that we discuss later ok.

Actually, to be frank, I'm quite disappointed in Hyundai taking their own sweet time to lauch their new 1.6GDI Turbo engine with 208bhp@6,000rpm and 265Nm.

 

It'll only be launched in the later part of the year in the Veloster Coupe [One that rivals the Scirocco 2.0TSI and Renault Megane Hatch RS], and in 2013 in the next i30/ ix30 Hatch and Kia Cee'd Model.

 

I'm pretty sure they'll put this same engine in the updated facelift Avante too. So getting the current model just doesn't make sense.

 

Let the really rich and affordable get the new Avante. We'll just wait for a good 2nd hand unit to appear 1 yr later =)

I visited to komoco yesterday. SE said that test drive elantra is allowed now on weekday morning from 9 to 12. since they have only one car in show room, they won't let the car test drive during busy hours.

Forte hatch was launched in the market since last April and Australia got it few months ago already so C&C can just bring in and sell it... While the sales of the new Elantra started just half year ago and the RHD production not really started in a large scale yet, so Singapore should be the first few RHD market to get the new Elantra... But even C&C launched K5 they also don't have stock coz worldwide demand is so high now...

I did! And I must say, it's quite a looker, if a bit too striking to look at.

 

Those on the roads are the lesser spec version [around 20-40units only??]. The premium variant is coming in around May/ June??

 

That's why you haven't seen many on the road perhaps.
