Iisterry 3rd Gear April 14, 2011 Share April 14, 2011 Huh... not enough talent for 2 A-Team? I have a better suggestion for him. Since his party is crowded and his guys need to retire to make way for renewal, those outgoing can go join the Opposition. So we can have A-Team VS Ex A-Team. Duckduck Turbocharged April 14, 2011 Share April 14, 2011 (edited) Huh... not enough talent for 2 A-Team? I have a better suggestion for him. Since his party is crowded and his guys need to retire to make way for renewal, those outgoing can go join the Opposition. So we can have A-Team VS Ex A-Team. that is only way the wayang kulit show will stop performing, but looking at history, likely any solid team will somehow get detained before they even get to rally & exiled to horsburgh lighthouse... Parkingidiot 1st Gear April 14, 2011 Share April 14, 2011 Actually, I wonder if any of the 82 (now 87) papaya contenders ever read or view any online news than the ST, new paper, CNA and other MSM. If so ... surely they can't be so thick skinned not to get upset at so many people making fun of them and whacking them online. Even if they are so thick skinned -sure their families: parents, wives and children also would be demoralised when their papa kena shamed online... I wonder how they take it? Or is the $2million ++++ able to sooth any and all ill-feelings?

Parkingidiot 1st Gear April 15, 2011 Share April 15, 2011 The difference is can you put your real face and name here? ah, but you are comparing the wrong thing... whether the anonymous online personas are identified or not... that's waaaay besides the point. We are talking about the ones that get criticised, not the critics themselves... how do the ones that get questioned on all sorts of things all the time not start to wonder if there is a grain of truth to stuff posted online? Even if they don't, what about their families - are they all immune to the criticisms as well? For example... on the issue of not giving more for the welfare of the poor... what is it now, $400?... but receiving a hefty $X00K increase in his own pay, would the family of the particular minister even wonder... "hey, is there a huge disparity here?" Or do they live in their own well, that they never hear about these issues at all?
Xeryh 3rd Gear April 15, 2011 Share April 15, 2011 I suppose the flip-side is, how about those people who have been jailed/sued until they are penniless? Arent their families upset or demoralised too? Different people have driving factors, I guess. If so ... surely they can't be so thick skinned not to get upset at so many people making fun of them and whacking them online. Even if they are so thick skinned -sure their families: parents, wives and children also would be demoralised when their papa kena shamed online... I wonder how they take it?
