Plain water no problem. There are ppl who are seriously allergic to caffiene. I got a friend who avoid all caffiene. Her problem is she will black out with v fast heart palpitation....... no need doc to diagnose it. Her problem is she will black out with v fast heart palpitation....... no need doc to diagnose it.
