Alim 1st Gear May 6, 2011 Share May 6, 2011 (edited) YES! Today is D-DAY. As Mr Chiam See Tong puts it "If you vote for the opposition, you will be voting on DEMOCRACY DAY. But if you vote for the PAP, it will be DARKNESS DAY" I have no doubt after today, PAP will still be in power and will the policies all change and make our lives better? May be and may be not. In this elections, we have seen high risks taken by our ONLY TWO opposition parties, Mr Lau Thia Kiang and Mr Chiam See Tong. Along with them, they put together very credible A-TEAMs. We run the risks of losing them, OUR ONLY VOICES in parliament, along with very good people, like Mr Chen Show Mao, Mr Pritam Singh, Ms Sylvia Lim etc. SDP has also put up an A-TEAM with the likes of Dr Vincent Wijeysingha, Dr Ang Yong Guan & Mr Tan Jee Say. In NSP, we have also seen the rise of a gutsy and compassionate young lady, Ms. Nicole Seah that has won the hearts of many people. These people are good people we want to see in parliament and I believe they can do great things for Singapore, I really can't imagine losing them. If so, it will be DARKNESS DAY for Singapore and our future. So today before you step out of your house and go to the Polling Station, please make your vote count and MAKE TODAY OUR DEMOCRACY DAY!
