For a peace of mind,go for at least a Blood Test, see have any problem, instead of taking Painkiller when there is Pain.

I will continue to monitor and see how it goes

will listen to my body and feel

unnecessary tests won't make the mind more peaceful

you will fall into a vicious cycle

test results say normal but you still feel a bit pain, then you look for another test

and that test also normal but still feeling not right then change to another test and doctor etc 😁

updates

TLDR - it takes about 2 weeks to recover

I am getting much better now

 - went to see GP and started arcoxia 90mg on the 7th day

- acroxia finished on the 11th day

today is the 13th day, I can tell it is healing since a few days ago and almost recovered now

Wow ! Arcoxia can take so long ?? Wow 😮, normally I don't take longer than 2 days and taper off with Anarex ..... anyways your doc knows best ....maybe it depends on body weight other parameters too

in my experience, inversion table does provide some relief, though its quite bulky.

Glad that you are recovering well.

Btw, arcoxia have to stop for about 2days after taking for 7days. Hope the doc informed you about this.

Not entirely true, a 2 days holiday doesn’t reduce the risk of side effects.

Taking high dosage for more than 7-8 days will however increase risk of side effects, especially if you have cardiovascular issues.
