Surprisingly perky ... was told same 1.6L engine as the mini cooper ... rear row can swallow 3 avg 1.75m 85kg guys comfortably ... 2. Ford Fiesta - never test before, but like one bro says - if u can afford focus, why consider festia. 3. Peugeot 207 - never test before, but I guess it's rather cramp at rear bah. 4. Normally after test drive, you can short list 1 and 2 models that you like. It is very personal ego and taste, no point to ask other ppl. Chickensoup 1st Gear October 11, 2011 Share October 11, 2011 true, to a certain extend. but bear in mind that even new cars can be lemon and u can say its covered under warranty, the time to send it to the workshop and inconvenience is priceless. [laugh] luck does play a part. i have bought preown cars more than 10yrs old 100k km mileage n fortunately, they do not need any major repairs during my ownership These are usually Japanese made cars. Had been reading through this forum and others.. plus lots of reviews about the choice of cars.... Finally decided on the DS cos look damn chio.... Understand that DS may drink more petrol than my current lancer.... but the looks is worth it all.... Awaiting the outcome of COE bidding this Wed... Citroen here I come.... Lancer...
