Car tremble after battery changed!

Actually when changing battery be it whatever car it's better to keep the power supply on.

One way is to supply power via the obd port using such a cable and power supply from a 12V battery bank. It doesn't need a lot of power just enough not to disrupt the power supply.

I'd guess your method is the safest when changing car battery.

Changing battery with engine switch-off risk the ECU being re-set.

Changing battery with engine running also got risk of damaging electronic components.

Seems like all modern car need to keep the ecu memory alive when changing car battery, if not after changing all kinds of problems will occur like what TS had encounter.

 

Maybe next time when go car workshop change battery, better to remind the workshop guy to keep the ecu alive when changing battery. If he ask what's that and explain to him. If he still can't get it.. Better to go other workshop change battery.
