What is the indicative prices like?

For example a 5rm hdb flat, all rooms? Or if not just the living area?

try Berry floor, hydroplus... they are slightly on the higher end ...but got cheap ones also... warranty like quite long....a few decades I think..

If you have small kids, not advicable to have ceramic tiles in the room.

It is more painful when they fall off the bed and bumped onto the ceramic tiles compared to the wood floorings.

Not only small kids, I also always fall off the bed and recommend thick carpeting to absorb the bump.

Those from Germany is better.

Latest design... can feel the texture some more. But quite ex.

Agree, those made in germany (not those engineered in Gemany & made in china) should be a safer bet.

That's nice to hear. I'm also from UK and our flooring was in Laminate flooring too. We have had our flooring done by a Flooring Contractor 3 years ago and until now it looks just like when it was installed. I think laminate flooring the cheapest flooring material available in the market.
