Davidklt Supercharged February 19, 2012 Author Share February 19, 2012 (edited) I have a friend who is wearing a Rolex to work daily which is a gift from his mother to his father when they got wedded. The watch is 48 years old and going strong. Still look better than those few k watches anytime. Those things really last. Also, my dad is a Rolex or nothing type of guy. If its not a Rolex, he would rather not wear a watch. becos of the heritage and history , it has been worn for over many years since our grandfathers time.. thats why. that mark of a solid brand. most young people wont understand. some young people do. i had my first rolex when i was 19. my father's Edited February 19, 2012 by Davidtkl

Yup, thats the cool thing about a Rolex. it's like the mother of all watches. similar to when they say all kungfu comes from Shaolin. but Rolex is certainly not high luxury or at the levels of master watchmakers. just a very good "man in the street" watch.
