Comnao 1st Gear February 15, 2012 Share February 15, 2012 hi Jaffa >u have to let us know whether its the luminor or radiomir that you want. want luminor. i like the sandwich thingy >Any other complications besides date? Like GMT, chrono, power reserve etc power reserve is nice but not a must >Leather or bracelet neutral. else leather preferred >Sandwich or sausage dial What is that ? >Black or brown or green dial *blur !! >SS or Ti or Ceramic or Bronze or Gold case SS or Gold >Black hands or gold hands or blue hands Black or gold ok >Inhouse or modified ETA movement strictly in house >Choosing a PAM is pretty mind boggling.. and you may not necessarily be able to get the model you want unless its the b&b ones like 000, 111, 312 etc. YES!!! its like rocket science !! so i guess i will avoid these 3 models to begin with then ... seems like they are very base models i guess thanks for your guidance
Throttle2 Supersonic February 15, 2012 Share February 15, 2012 All work is keeping me a bit busy so i am going to take a lazy man approach here recently taken a bit of interest in PAM ever since my BIL poisoned me can someone give me a guidance on Pam models ? is it the higher the number, the more expensive the model ? i want a automatic one with date. What model would you recommend ? how much value should i lose in 3 to 5 years time ? i usually sell off after my rollie sub is probably my longest lasting watch... 13 yrs and going strong. budget $15k max... else i would go get a pre-loved President 18K President, President , President, President.... oh did I say President? Throttle2 Supersonic February 16, 2012 Share February 16, 2012 too many watches to rotate, confirm need a winder? [laugh] there is no need for winders basically. even if you leave a good auto watch alone for months and years, it's not simply gonna breakdown. been there done that when you need to wear it just adjust it. takes less than 2 mins. why would i need any stupid winder? unless for show lah.
