Dont forget that Autobacs is a big company in Japan. They have the $$, and singapore is peanuts to them.

Even if they are losing $$ in Singapore, it's no big deal to them.

Jpn Autobacs is power

Yeah lor. I also say so.

Autobacs must be doing something right, that no matter how ppl complain, they are taking in business and expanding

As for me, I go there once a while, to see see and buy some promo stuff. In fact, I feel like going there to get a windscreen rain repel solution

Should be named ' AutoCraps ', service soso, product not competitive and expansion does not necessary doing right, this time of the year, someone juz back out, cheap rental so they take advantage lor!

I find their service generally good. I had a difficult to remove white stain on my car (drip from the carpark ceiling pipes above). Wanted to find a product to remove it. The staff were asking one another for opinion on which product is best, then one of them recommended a particular product. He even followed me to the car park to demonstrate how to use it. The stains were removed and felt the price I paid worth it just from the perspective of service rendered alone.

Neutral Newbie

I guess people are still going to Autobac as they are open 7 days a week and no all workshops open on Sundays. My auditor friends who work like dogs only have Sundays as rest days, choose to go Autobac.

Good service most of the time. However during servicing they always try to hard-sell services.

Went there to do some dekitting recently, then theytold me my engine gasket worn out thus got engine oil leak.

Asked how much to replace, told me cost $195/-

Went to stockist, got the gasket for $20 and paid a workshop $25 for replacement.

Total cost $45 compared to $195..

So, take their prices as enquiry and source for other options outside.

Nevertheless, its a good place to shop for car cleaning products plus it's clean and comfy!
