As usual, talk no need money....

They just love to tekan us with threats and lower our self esteem ...

Getting from bad to worse..

Luckily, Anwar Ibrahimovic showed them that money is not everything..

It’s the people that must be united n fight for their vision n beliefs..

Even many people feel that they are getting from bad to worse, and yet when the time comes, majority people still continue to vote for them?!  [rolleyes]

I think people in MCF are getting progressively more militant in their perspective.

Govt say something is gong LJ wei, flip prata, hypocritical etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

LW basically repeated what KBW and he been saying for the last 2 years and what everyone already knows already

- Value flats accordingly (newer flats in non mature estates vs older flats in mature estates)

- CPF can still be used for flats <60 years old but need to protect buyer's retirement

- lease extension is not likely to happen since 99 years is already very generous

You can find this same advice on SG property websites which are common sense advice.

Bro.. IMHO, it’s the middle class here who are feeling the heat .. all the jobs here taken over by FT n need to lower their aspirations considerably.... A lot of empty n chest thumping rhetorics by those ministars but all NATO...Ya , upgrade n be open to changes mn Yada yada..

Of course, the goberment is not obligated to spoon feed us but the course they are charting now really leave much to be desired..

A lot of elderly here are all worried abt their offsprings of their future here if u care to talk to them..

End of the day, they are simply ignoring the silent angsts of the middle class here..

So can only buy Toto and hope for the BEST..

As long as HDB prices are stable and affordable, the young should really celebrate (as compared to the young in HK).

Why would you worry about your offspring if they have access to affordable housing???

I think they track they have set is the correct one.

It says LW look forward to WP proposal on this matter and also public feedback on this. Hdb flats dwellers are only lessees and tenants, how can the lessee and tenant advise landowner on what to do? I thought he as a million dollar minister should initiate the proposal.

The mistakes of HDB cannot be reversed but surely they can stop making it a money making machine for the government at the expense of the people.

Let HDB be housing for people. although already unaffordable, keep it stable and stop reducing size or increasing price.

They won't listen unless you vote more of them out.
