Thanks hmmm...i pretty much lost touch but I suppose at that price you are probably looking at a preowned Pilot Mark XVI but if you can up ur budget to 4k , u can look at pilot chrono IW3717 ? Difficult for 3717 unless in shitty condition. Can spring for a Fliegerchronograph 3706, which is the predecessor of 3717 but smaller, at 39mm. Which is the perfect classic size for a smart-looking, subtle, non-obtrusive watch, in my book. Just like the evergreen sports rolexes at 40mm - evergreen.
