Sorry for digging up old thread. Wanna ask what happens if the tow truck you called for, needs to be towed as well. Haha. On my way just now, I saw a tow truck towing a tow truck. So in this case can we ask for fee waiver from the tow truck company for sending a malfunctioned tow truck?
