Both the service adviser and showroom salesman told my colleague that the engine vibrations at low revs are normal when the car is travelling at low speed. I don't want my colleague to end up wasting money and end up with no improvement. [smash] [smash] [smash]

Just like me, I bought a lemon previously and sold it of within 6 months due to not happy with the car. I would advice your friend do the same if got balls instead of kpkb here. [laugh]

Don't get 'bluff' by the service advisor, the so called "Mazda Super Eco Magic Oil" is really nothing special, just a 100% Syn oil,0w-20 oil that is Made In Singapore by Idemitsu...!I may try out he Motul 300v,0w-20 oil during the 10k km sevice.

My colleague commented that his brand new Mazda 6 has engine vibrations that can be felt on the steering wheel at low revs, as though it was an engine that was going to stall. The Mazda agent said that the engine vibrations at low revs are normal.

All cars will vibrate when it's at too high a gear for the speed at small throttle openings. Its like a person trying to accelerate the car from 20-30kmh while in 6th gear in manual mode. Ask your "colleague" to not drive like a guniang and step a little more.

Think he is refering to idle RPM. & low revs means what. about 900 - 1,000 is normal for idle right? So, maybe Mazda6 engine tuned to very low rpm at idle? 700? For good FC?

Bro, want to try Motul 0-20 engine oil during our 10k servicing? I intend to try. Autobac is selling $70 for 2L and our car needs 4.5L of engine oil.

Heard bro ER-3682, he able to get a better price from some direct seller.

The Mazda 6 engine vibrates at low revs even with I-stop turned off. Low revs meaning 1000+ rpm when the car is moving but not when it is stationary.
