There is one new hokkien mee called Tong Ji at bedok south. I tried it and cannot fight with the old Niu Ji.

 

And there are 2 prawn noodle stalls along the row nearest to the provisions shops. One is called Bedok South prawn mee ( no idea who they are) and one is called Niu Di ! Some hawkers there will tell you he is the brother of the former owner of Niu Ji...So i think the old Niu Ji will not be there any more ..sigh

Yesterday went to bedok interchange for food but only notice the big carpark facing the hawker center close & trying to find a lot inside the pathetic Carpark is really a Nightmare..

Any bro wish to go there for food better try other carpark..

 

I always park at the HDB carpark across the street. Avoid the one near hawker centre at all cost as by the time i get a lot i lost all my appetite.

Is it ? I thought people need to eat , be it good time or bad . Move over our Minister is encouraging young people to take up hawker trade , how can be dying trade. They are going to built another 10 hawker center leh .

They can built another 20 more if they want.....but nowadays I saw more and more foreign fares in the hawker centres while many local fares are manned by FTs and the taste are just different..........
