Hamburger Hypersonic September 13, 2012 Share September 13, 2012 i am more cat..... after changing and topping up, i insists they unplug the hose at the radiator and starts the engine. Let the used brownish fluid flows out. Switch off the engine and plug back once the color of the fluid turns red. This way, the old AT fluid in the torque converter will also be rained out too. Lastly, top up with new fluid again as torque converter hold quite an amount of AT fluid.
