Subutai 3rd Gear February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 Target achieved liao... FT player come here cos can't do well or no chance at home. Pumped up here and get medals + $ then go back to origin to retire. Actually to them, its like a transactional service ba, some did get the desired results on behalf. What irks many is that the heroine is imported and not local. Hokkien - giar lang kar chng lai chou beem peah? Anyway, its written down in history liao so LL. ↡ Advertisement

Duckduck Turbocharged February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 Agreed, which foreigners who come here and earn enough money doesnt go back to their own country?! yup had an european FT manager colleague last time keep talking abt retiring back in his homeland. then in 2009 when recession, suddenly my office got influx of his country kaki coz over there prob kena retrenched so all come here. This is wat many others face instead of hiring locals, they let FT kakis bring whole family village here... KNN
Zanter 3rd Gear February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 sports ladies.....must be good at something else at 30+ [:p] Yeah piaking ping pong balls can only last you so long... Actually she nothing wrong..at least she did win silver olympic medal for SG, better than some people who only know how to complain and talk action
Zanter 3rd Gear February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 I have a slightly different opinion from you. Since we are so interested in buying gold medal, we might as well buy the players from sports which could resonate with the locals e.g. football. Buy all the top soccer players in the world, give them citizenship and then let them win the world cup for us. BTW, just curious, how many folks here actually play table tennis and have bat or paddle in our house? Might as well spend on football right? We have no problem accepting Alistair Edwards and Abbas Saad. It is because the sports can resonate with us. Why you do things the long way? Just get some 13 year olds and match fix them till World cup final & Kelong them to a win..Then WORLDWIDE they will say SG champion solid match fixing professional SUPER POWER! Saw her before in this car at my factory block. She was here to send a safe for repair. She's very dao, her female companion is friendlier. Juzzme 3rd Gear February 7, 2013 Share February 7, 2013 How you know this is her car? She is not the only celebrity sportswoman in SG mah.... Read her interview on ST. Extract... Along with seven Commonwealth Games and 14 SEA Games golds, her achievements have made her the first millionairess athlete in Singapore, and she is not about to feel guilty about that. "I think it's quite natural to get some rewards for my efforts," said Li, who will be selling her white BMW 5 Series sedan that she bought last year but not her top-floor apartment, which she will not be renting out either.
