Replacing rear view mirror

Remove your stock mirror from the ball joint and see if there's any screw to tighten the joint.

 

any idea how to remove? i try fiddling around it but seems like its "stuck" to the ball joint/handle.

Just DIY by adding foam tape should make it tigher.
