Sugar Neutral Newbie April 25, 2013 Share April 25, 2013 Hi bros, I just went for an interview at Chiyoda for a lead engineer position. Interview went well (at least that was what i felt). Now i am just waiting for the results. I am from a similar industry but do not know much about Chiyoda. Can you someone let me know how is the working environment there like? You should have asked your list of questions on the spot. Why didn't you? Its relevant to you and they should not have to hold it back what the renumeration packages are. Sorry, I thot Chiyoda is a construction company, a EPC? One of my ex-colleague was from there. He told me he bought sands and other construction material. You mean interviewers should not be arrogant and treat people as if they are beggars begging for a job? You take all the fun out of inteviewing! This is the only time an interviewer can ask good looking ladies all kinds of personal questions like are you single or married? If single, are you dating anyone, are you going to make babies etc If interviewing is a 2 way thing then management is also a 2 way thing? Getting feedback and opinions form what staff think, consulting them and getting "buy in" from staff, empowering them to excel etc etc. What happened to the let them know I am boss and when I say jump you say how high type of bosses? Are these dinosaurs dying out or are their companies still going on with the old school bossy type of management? Hahahha haha....i dont think i was the only candidate. but i think its normal to find out more about one's propective company salary / increment generousity. until now, i still dont know.
