Anyone know how to extract video from Thinkware F750 without taking out the memory card from the camera? I have downloaded it to my iphone but couldn't locate it in my phone "photos". The videos are only in the app folder under video downloaded. Any kind advise please.

But I can't extract out. Only can view in the phone. Is there any way to extract it out other than viewing in the phone?

That's the last thing I want to do. I don't have spare to change out. If I take out, means my car cam won't be able to work. Is okay, I keep in my phone. If need be, then I'll think how to retrieve them out.

Wondered if anyone has a similar issue as mine on the Thinkware F750? My Parking Surveillance recording mode last less than 15 minutes before it announced a camera shutdown. This is like so useless!! :veryangry:

When I bought the unit (Together with the rear camera), I enquired about the parking surveillance mode and wanted also to get a power pack for the camera, but the sales person at ZMC told me that they don't sell power packs any more and ensured that there is a power cut-off safety feature to cut off the supply when low power and the power supply from the car (I told them it's an Infiniti Q50) would be sufficient for parking surveillance recording for at least 24 hours before cut-off. Am I being duped?

Two possible reasons for the cutoff:

1. Your F750 cutoff voltage is set high? Here's a link to a good article with an informative voltage cutoff table... https://dashcamtalk.com/battery-discharge-prevention/

2. According to the Infiniti specs, the Q50 has a 'battery saver' function. That could have cut off the power?

As for battery, you can get the Lukas LK-530-12V or the Blackvue Cellink B. They should work.

Share your experience with the F750. I'm also thinking of getting it for my Q50 soon.

the thinkware ios app cannot stream the recorded video directly, you have to download the entire 1 minute clip which takes about 40 seconds before able to view if that's the correct clip u want. quite disappointed coz blackvue is able to stream the recorded clips directly b4 downloading.

Thanks for the read on dash cam battery discharge. It's very informative.

The F750 has a voltage cut-off function. The max that it can be set is 12.4V. With so many electronic functions on the Q50 to start up the car, I guessed this would be the safest setting.

So far, the F750 is operating very well, except for the voltage cut-off for parking surveillance. Videos look sharp and clear enough both day and night. I didn't use the other functions like traffic cam spotting, etc so can't comment on those. These functions were already available on the Q50 GPS. The one annoying thing is when the cam starts up after turning on your vehicle, it keeps advising you to reformat your memory card regularly. Wondered if that can be turned off without turning off the other voice messages.

I have PM'd you for the contacts to book the appointment. I would really like to install a separate battery pack to the F750 if possible.
