Any reviews on these workshops ?

not neccessary go authorised workshop, u can go any workshop and do 3rd party claim if u are confident its 100% the other party's fault.

 

so better if u go to your own trusted workshop.

I kana once...did not claim from insurance....settle with the other party, make him write undertaking to pay for all damages roughly 500-600 dollars. He also happy as he gets to keep his ncb. He stands to lose more if claim insurance. But mine was just change rear bumper and respray.

Yes ! Same as you was hit from the back at Bukit Batok Ave 6, I'd my car repaired with courtesy car for a week and satisfied with the abovementioned at Bradell Rd, the nice guy who helped me was Thomas [:)]

I go hit on butt in jun. Went to cnc but they dont give replacement car and their charge is higher and may end up totaling my car. ComfortD called me after I informed my insurance to offer a one stop toll, report, claim and replacement car. They even did some glooming for me. But their mech service standard is so so only. Have to note all the small stuff like under-carriage paint damage and they use scrap car part for replacement. But all in all, it is a recommended place to go if your car is more than 5yrs old.

So so nia...very big workshop...but repair quite slow and I would think slow means got more time to go thru the process...but turns out that much to improve for their service.

 

I send my car in for repair once (claim own damage)...my courtesy car only for 10 days...they could not repair my front in 10 days (think took them 14 days) and I had to fork out additional 4 days of rental...and repair was not good. My replaced radiator was not topped up with coolant...just water only. End up rust form up in the radiator...they had to do a flush...which was not very good as well.

 

If I have a choice...I would not go to them for repairs.

Rexxx autocare mark-up so high when i went thru them for a simple claim.

They dont even call me. I must call them and they told me reject last week (means more than 7days ago)

 

KNN....ask them how much they submit, they dont even want to tell me.

I had to go thru my insurance agent and ask how much they submit.....more than 3K

 

Becos they submit too high quote, the other party reject, in the end i go thru another ws (claim less than 1K) and they agree to pay.

 

Final conclusion : Look for your own trusted WS...all these appointed are just out to suck you dry

Forget about CnC. they'll make you sign and pay first even if its a clear win case.

I've tried ComfortDelgro, very slow and almost nothing is negotiable.
