Only concern is the quality of workmanship and material used in the construction of the villa.

Not that confident after seeing many projects by Indon developers.

should be exclusive since not everybody owns a boat in Singapore and too far out for bump boats also.

if they gonna have a theme park, maybe allow public entry but very sure the villas are out of bounds.

According to my GF (I wasn't there), there is a hotel so tourists can stay too. Maybe something like our Sentosa la, just that in Indo waters.

I think got la. I read through quite briefly, apparently you can take the boat from Sentosa to the island direct, so there should be an immigration counter.
