It does squat for haze. Pore size so big. All it does is to prevent dust build up on the evap core. Just like home ac.

There are many types of cabin filters now.

Mann-Filter offers three distinct levels of cabin air filters for air conditioning systems, ranging from basic particle filtration to premium anti-allergen protection.

Particle Filters (CU series): The standard option. These use multi-layer non-woven materials to block out physical pollutants like dust, pollen, soot, and larger particulate matter (PM) from entering the cabin. [1, 2]

Activated Carbon Filters (CUK series): Also known as combination filters. Along with the particle filtration layer, they feature a highly effective activated carbon layer designed to absorb unpleasant odors and block harmful gases like ozone, nitrogen oxide, and sulfur dioxide. [1, 2]

Biofunctional Filters (FP series - FreciousPlus): The premium option. These feature a three-layer defense: a particle layer, an activated carbon layer, and a special biofunctional (polyphenol) coating. They capture over 95% of allergens, filter viral aerosols, and include an antimicrobial coating that prevents mold and bacteria from growing on the filter.

I am using the FP series and I change every 10k.

China made Mann very affordable. Buy from taobao.

Looks like an instrument only a colon specialist will use. 🙂

Public service announcement : Go for a colonoscopy if you are over 50 and have never done one. It is painless and the only irritations are the colon cleansing the night before and the fasting before the procedure. It will save you a lot of pain down the road if are cancer prone.

I echo that...well worth the daunting bowel procedure the night before...not same sentiment when i was going thru it tho...✌️😂

The peace of mind or early detection is more valuable than money can buy on watches or tyres...

Heard of cases the doc had to go snippy on 3 digits of polyps along the way...😅

yes, please listen to this guy

I started as early as 40 as I kia si, didn't find anything during the two sessions in my 40s

did the 3rd scope as I hit 50, found one 10mm polyp

I remember I woke up from sedation, most likely from the commotion in the theatre

and saw the polyp wrap by a net on the screen...

then passed out again 😁

I want that set of instruments

probably cost more than my car
