Many people are going to have no choice but go that direction. ie sell and dowmgrade or rent… Also I really cant understand how any rational, logical person can think of a 99 yr property as a true unadulterated form of investment. Any form of asset ownership with a fixed known expiry is just the right to hold it until expiry and the price should be treated as an expense to be written off ultimately. Therefore such “assets” should only be valued purely for their utility, nothing else.
Ginyu 5th Gear May 26 Share May 26 (edited) If they never upgrade and probably paid off their bto by 50 or earlier and with another 15 years time frame to make more money also cannot retire? So is the upgrade to condo route the only way to ensure comfortable retirement?🤣 Edited May 26 by Ginyu

Thats why every single tiktok and insta video from an agent is towards getting people to upgrade, and to buy. after selling also must buy. After buying, must sell. churn churn churn Edited May 26 by Throttle2
