i thought 6500 for resturant space is cheap already . Rent for food court stall also abt there. Shop space in ulu place like Boon Lay cost more than 10k cannot do FnB somemore.

ya lor. S$6500 nia nia. Cant even survive. Cheaper than a FOOD Court Stall.

Boss must be drawing high salary.

 

I remember my Uncle rent his Suntec food court for more than S$12K.

Fyi, those who used to go to Economic Mixed Veg Rice Stall at Blk 341, AMK Ave 1, Teck Ghee Court Stall 13 for above. Plse note stall closed down, heard from guy who took over that the Boss stopped selling. Maybe earned enuff. No change in stall signboard but now selling fish porridge.

FR on fish porridge, fish thick slices maybe just open. It is an alternative to fish porridge at Blk 409, AMK Ave 10, Teck Ghee Square where one can Q for up to an hour during peak hours.

Haha... no such thing as "earned enuff" in sgp.

 

Many hawkers I know need to take a break, furthermore they are of age. Almost everyday early morning prepare & open stall is no joke. Many want to give up. Like the unker from ABC market, fried sotong mee, everyday long queue. Previously ABC market renovate, he told ppl he wanna give up but still he's there but not everyday.

 

One thing is age, other thing is wanna take a break but no children want to take over. The last thing is wanna stop working means no income, no money to spent. Can or not in sgp?

If yes, business was damn good.

Food is also good, but a little pricy for hawker center, but everyday damn long Q!!!

think you are right. it's the econ food stall selling nice braised duck and steam fish stall. food is good but Q really long. maybe he really earn enough.

Yes, that is the one where Q very long......n where prices very ex for hawker ctr. But, the meI chye very good. So sad.... nvr come across another stall whose mei chye is just as good.
