From my understanding of non-guaranteed bids for the COE, they will surely need you to top up some money, like what indulge mentioned, they will cap it at say 55k or 50k. If the COE they helped you to secure happens to be 65k, you end up having to top up another 10 or 15k, which makes the deal alot worse than it seems now. Maybe the following... a) coe capped is ridiculously low....50K perhaps b) don't know when they will start bidding c) they won't bid consecutively....they happy they bid, not happy you wait long long d) all ready stock is never for you, they will only order yours when coe is secured. unless nobody buy from them or you are very lucky e) may run away with your deposit.... just my 2 cents.....
