One gripe about the XTrail...

 

The A-pillar is blocking the view when doing a right turn. Created quite a substantial blind spot.

 

I completely missed a car on the left side in the opp direction. Luckly my copilot warned me. Since then had to be extra careful.

 

Maybe I'm just unaccustomed to the car...

Be very careful when turning right . I am a very safe driver but there was this one occasion when the person walking with the green man in her favor was always lining up against my pillar ( this was a civic) as she walked and I turned and I was blind sided until I missed her by the width of my wing mirror . Ooh haa im checking on 4x4 . Non adventure. Coz i notice 4x4 other colour, tge back bumper has a silver plate but not for the white 4x4 . Just need to confirm

I saw the showroom one at Ubi. The 4x4 does have a silver back bumper. The bukit Timah one doesn't. Now I'm curious as well!

Hi all, been lurking at this thread since Feb and finally took the plunge to commit to a red X-Trail 2 weeks ago. And just in the nick of time, before the car and coe prices shot through the roof.
