Tony Barrett (Times) shared on Falcao:

Liverpool have made an inquiry into the availability of Radamel Falcao but their tentative interest has gone no further. Liverpool looked into the possibility of taking him to Anfield as a short term replacement for Luis Suarez. Coupled with the financial implications of the £12m loan fee + £10m million per year salary (after tax) ended LFC's interest

I am just told Liverpool is trying for Jovetic. I would love that to happen.

Juventus already offered 2.5 loan and 15m to buy for Jovetic. Not sure if City would sell him to Liverpool when Juve wants him

Arsenal have been drawn against Besiktas in the Champions League playoff round.

Lille vs Porto and Napoli vs Athletic Bilbao

RM first choice keeper?

Second I think. Casillas still first choice. Lopez played more last season because of Casillas' injury i think

Ajax receive €700,000 if Thomas Vermaelen moves from Arsenal to Barcelona for €19 million.

Bad news for Man U. If Barcelona went for Agger, they will get Vermaelen. Now they have to look elsewhere as Agger won't be joining them

No leh... casillas was cup keeper

Probably restoring him cos they made Lopez available. Napoli and Milan I understand are after him too.

Oh ya, they just signed Keylor Navas.

Contrary to earlier reports, Moreno is likely to play his last game for Sevilla in the Super Cup (akin to Charity Shield) before moving to Pool.

My bad on the above. It was against Real Madrid so I though is La Liga opener. It is actually the UCL winner vs Europa winner. But playing in this won't make him cup tied.

Being told Real Madrid prefers Diego Lopez to go to Milan but Liverpool wants him as well and can offer higher wages.
