The level of cool we lost depends on individual character + how airline salvage the situation. I would say Tiger mismanage the entire situation that resulted in this incident. Chief stewardess should attend to this case personally & isolate her from the off boarding passenger. An eye for an eye is our primal instint. It is only wrong from legal perspective. I'll write in to the TigerAir management and also complain in mycarforum Under Singapore law, you are in the wrong once you raise your hands. But hor, hitting the clutches on head is damn painful especially to woman. Why did the stewardess put the clutches there? Being an experience stewardess, she should know the danger of placing there. Informing other passengers is not enough, passengers dun see clutches there everyday, how would they know the clutches will drop and how would they remember about the clutches?
