serenade 6th Gear January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 Hi, Check scrap value at LTA website : https://vrl.lta.gov.sg/lta/vrl/action/pubfunc?ID=EnquireRebateBeforeDeReg Add a few hundred dollars for the body a scrap dealer will give to you for the metal. Alternatively, you can trade in your old car for a new car. Some new AD give overtrade which will maximize the value of your present car, in lieu of discount. E.g Scrap value of car is $20k. Dealer offers to take your car at $50k if you buy their new luxury car.
Volvobrick Hypersonic January 18, 2015 Share January 18, 2015 If your car mileage is normal ie more than 100k, my guess would be 1k max 1.5k for the body.

TyreShield 1st Gear January 19, 2015 Share January 19, 2015 Search for businesses that buy scrap cars, you can try propel auto as well. Just like when buying, selling also good to "shop" around to find the best offer. I've seen ads on SGCARMART claiming up to 3k for scrap when buying their cars, which I doubt, should be $1800 to $2500 depending on the condition of your ride.
