Will it work if ban kids from sleeping after say 4pm, so that by 9pm they are tired and sleepy??
Roh96 6th Gear February 9, 2015 Share February 9, 2015 My two gals, age 8 and 10, sleep between 8.30-9pm and wake up at 6.30am for school. Barely meet the 9-11 hrs requirement. Have to tune their bed time further, hope to achieve 10. I believe many kids are suffering from sleep deprive. My elder one told me one time. One day during her lesson, her teacher asked the pupils to rest their head on table for 5 mins. Guess what, a few of them fell asleep and had to be waken up by friends. Poor kids. Poor kids. quality sleep is important, meaning the kids should have adequate physical work out during the day and they get tire in the evening, no food after dinner (around 6pm) and dun get too excited before bed, they will then have a better rest. Family member play a part to create a conducive environment to let the kids have good rest. Some parents put the kids to sleep yet they stay awake and having loud talking or tv noise which may disturb the sleep.

Matoonia 6th Gear February 9, 2015 Share February 9, 2015 In Singapore quite difficult to achieve. Most of the time my Pri school girl is getting the same sleep time as me , sleep by 1030, wake up 630am. But lucky she's coping well, no sign of tiredness. Blueblueman 4th Gear February 9, 2015 Share February 9, 2015 Oops my breast coming out !!! Zzz Some say that tea tree oil and lavender can disrupt male hormones and grow breasts. It is quite frequently cited, but of course there are always some studies/doctors who will come in to dispute it as non-conclusive scientific evidence. Some exposure should be OK, but I will steer clear of constantly fogging with lavender and use any shampoos with lavender. I used to work in a chemical lab and my lady boss would ask me to steer clear of it and she normally will handle this lavender thingy and pyridine (cause of male infertility) herself.
