What type petrol is this so cheap 100 liters @ $183 only ??  I want to buy from polis 🤣🤣🤣 next time

MGO. Marine gas oil. 0.05% this one costs "0.80 cents plus per litre.

High speed diesel 0.001% I am paying $1.20 plus per litre.

Both grades can be use on petrol boat and all other ocean going vessel.

For better performance definitely petrol grade. Depend on the octane.

The above article stated petrol but didn't mention the octane. Pricing about there $1.60 to $2.00 plus per litre.

Add abit more. 😁

Shell is named as (SIDF) shell industrial distillate fuel. Same as MGO but it is 0.5%. The grade is lower than the MGO 0.05% but price slightly higher. Typical of shell. 😁

OIC but question now is guv exempted from paying GST and duties ??

I am not sure how also marine bunkering companies work too or Air fuelling  (since the oil is for off shore use by ships/planes plying out of SG)

Fuel oil duties as charged base on the consumption. So the duties are added onto the pricing. Same go for the Gst forming part of the tax invoice.

The only exception is when the fuel destine for outport usage (ocean going) then the gst should be zero rated.

The police coast guard I believe incurred fuel duties and gst as well. No exemption.
