It happened during early 2010 when deposit refunded aft 6 bids non-guarantee. I also agree that for non-guarantee CNY booking, 99% chance wont get the paper. They will not ask you to top up but I think you can negotiate for top up but will unlikely be the same as the guaranteed package brought during CNY. I told them when buy car it is not only looking just at coe but the overall cost and freebie as a package. I got my S60T4 at 150+k with coe cat A 74k which I find it a good deal. now my friends start saying wah luckily u bought then.. now much more expensive. the morale of the story is no one can predict the future unless you are the one controlling. you can see when it drop, new measure come in boost it up, like the revised Cevvs. So just buy within your means and budget and don't look back and enjoy your ride and don't criticise others decisions should they buy now. if you think it will drop, then u just wait and congratulate those who bought and don't be sour grape. 8 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
