With all this info I start to think:

- my regular station is 1-2 km from office which I pump on way home in evening

- non regular station is Just down the road from home in morning

- it is possible I under inflat at my regular station (higher amb temp n longer drive )

Anyway I just use butt sensor to feel the diff in ride quaLity n decide which is better choice

Morning, depending on what time,  the ambient temp will be lower.

The tyres will follow the ambient temp temperature.

Evening, depending on what time, the ambient will be higher than morning.

The tyres will follow the combination of ambient and surface temperature.

In your scenario,  maybe that explains why when you pump at the non regular (nearer to your home) will indicate lower initial pressure.

I guess best to try out tpms to monitor the tyre pressure for u.

Been using it for a while, tells me hw the tyre pressure change during idle, normal, hot and cold temperature affects the reading.

Am using orange p series internal tpms. So far so good.

They are other internal and external tpms out there which also works the same. Just sharing that its good to hve but not necessary.

You guys can search and read up on too low or much pressure affects wat. Cant rem also. I just pump to what specs written at side of my cardoor.

It is the timing that the tyres are pumped.

TPMS have tolerance.  My TPMS gives the same reading when the tyre is pumped from 226 kPa to 235 kPa.

Is the specification stating +/-5kPa or even wider tolerance? if so, they delivered their stuff.

i never considered TPMS although I see the benefits of it especially when travelling on highway.

Does each TPMS needs its own 'button' battery, and that the system warns of low battery soon enough before the reading becomes inaccurate due to low battery output voltage?

Should be within specification.

So far, the main benefit for me is under pressure during first start of the day during early morning.

I take reference from that and the remaining of the day,  I should be slightly inflated.

Is it possible to adjust the tone n volume of the factory fitted horn? It sounds whimpy n like blocked nose.

Else if go to autobac change any concern on warranty from BM?

Factory horn is non adjustable. Consider aftermarket ones if you want louder sound. Autobacs prices are usually priced much higher. And yes, warranty may be affected

I did only 25k km and drive mildly always. Anyone had this early failure ? Can I just drive to BM service center wo appt to get them check n work on the car ?

If can feel the issue,  best is to tow to the workshop.

Their 24hrs road side assistance - 6631 1188

Which service centre has the equipment to check this sort of problem ? Pandan or ubi or leng kee?

Eh.... don't bother,  this one their job mah.

Anyway you pay for it already when you buy the car.

P.S.  How many k km to the next servicing?   3k?

Adhoc servicing, just go early.

If they need sometime,  no harm to ask if they got courtesy car.

I suggest you install some OBD scan tools.  Very helpful to monitor the car parameters.  [cool]

I hope I don't need to read these code often

You are already reading some of the parameters codes e.g. coolant.

You just get the actual numbers e.g. 90 degrees celcius.

Qoo10 ones can ? Actually I want the projected speedo display thingy.
