Interesting, I notice that there are not many turbo cars pair up with cvt gb. The fxt is one of them. Then another one is the new civic turbo. The rest are all either pair with dsg or dct or some kind of dual clutch gb.

Saw a white civic turbo this afternoon traveling along aye towards mce. It was flexing its muscles. Can see the new owner was testing out his car. Really look sporty. The initial acceleration at lower speeds seems laggy, not sure if it's the turbo lag or cvt lag? After a while it pick up speed pretty quickly.

I tested the km jade... power is just decent. I presume the civic cannot be real fast. There isn't a lot of muscle to flex

Just today, I went with my bro who's getting a new ride and tested the civic turbo. We both tested the car With 3 people in the car including the salesman. My bro drove it pretty gently so couldn't tell much about its performance. When it was my turn, I thought I just drive it normally like I drive my own fxt.

Initially acceleration was kinda laggy. Not sure if it's the cvt or turbo lag. Doesn't feel like it's a twin scroll turbo. So I rev it a little to 3-3.5k rpm before it took a while for the car to pick up speed decently. Acceleration is good from about 70 onwards. But I had to stop at about 90km/H since the test route is pretty short Nd they dun allow u to drive into exp ways...

steering is a bit light and vague, not as communicative as Mazda and Subaru but still not bad. Did a few quick lane change and the salesman got quite a shock... I told him that sometimes when I'm in a rush, this sort of thing might happen. I still feel the car is a bit light and somewat floaty during quick lane changes. Dunno how to describe but it's like the rear feels a bit disconnected from the front.

The car is amazing sporty but the performance is kinda disappointing. Not to say that it's slow but u do need to pile up some revs to get it really going.

Oh ya I hit my head twice (once entering the car and another exiting it) on the Low roof... ouch...

Neutral Newbie

Hi all, can recommend a SE whom service that you're satisfied with? Mine is currently not very eager to do business. I'm looking at FNA now, to book a test drive and confirm soon. Thanks in advance.
