I don't think it is possible. There are some discussions in other forums which says that the album art in some of the older ipod models affects the system. On my system, I could connect my ipod nano 7th generation but not my ipod classic 30GB.

 

Subaru's implementation of the ipod connection is not that great. Every time the playback is interrupted, the selection will go back to the very first track of the ipod (not even the album which was playing before the interruption).

 

The design of the HU of the FNA is nice, but the Audio playback function is really so outdated, cannot raed chinese character, no album art. Any way to over come all this other than changing the HU, any software update can help? so sad......

Seriously some here loan the minimum sum (think 30k) for 1 yr. A couple paid full cash. A few do minimum downpayment. Quite a number do 60-70k deposit. Dun know why the number 60-70k, probably trade in price and some top up.

Mud guard i got from TB at $46 for 4 tyres excluded shipping charge yet. Just for your guide to decide whether to use DOU points for this. MI SE recommend to use DUO for servicing.

I just change mine at Autobacs Ubi on Sunday. Chose the Magnum for $43.95 and installation charge at $40. Very much happier now than when using the stock horn.

Changed my stock brake hose to the Goodridge steel brake hose yesterday during first servicing. SE says cannot use the Duo points to offset which I don't believe. Anyway, intend to use it to buy the servicing package.

Own the FNA almost half year. Recently encounter few times key in pocket but can't start engine. Dashboard stated key not detected....today happened twice. Need to take out key to start engine. Anyone having same issue? Is it car battery problem?

I was at Leng Kee on Monday and was shown the price. It's still around $1300. I just checked their website but the price is no longer there. Not sure if they are revising their price.

There are some changes to their servicing prices since early March.

Yes the servicing price had increase. Even the general service and major service price all increase.

Too bad deleted the latest service price received from chat group recently.

For Forester, old 2-year package price supposed to be $1355.

If manage to get, then the servicing supposed to follow old checklist and NOT the new checklist.

 

MI can't say whether new 2-year package will be cheaper or more expensive but I think most people will guess it will become more expensive or less items included as already paid-for in the package and need to top up when come in for servicing.

Anyone car advice if the Audio HU of the Forester FNA is able to display the Picture of the MP3 Album that you play? Most of the Audio system in the market are able to do that, does the forester HU have this function?

I have try using my Iphone 6 to link to the HU with the lighting cable, I am able to get the art Album to be display in the car audio. So the art Album only work with iphone but not USB.
