Still betta but not VFM ??  As bro mentioned, braking performance is 70/30 or 60/40 front/rear depending on car mfgr design.

Ytd i am trying to tell u is i have sent the XT rims "photo" via messenger to them, not drop by to shop....

 

Even though they said can clear the RLogic big 4 330mm 4 pot for front and front n rear SSBH, but whether really can clear or not, I think have to drop by to test/install then will know....

 

If doing this upgrade, I believe should be able to serve the braking performance like 70/30 or 60/40 bah, since the rear is leaving only SSBH upgrading not BBK..

Reference to the FXT bro who bought his EBC yellow stuff pad set model below:

 

Front - EBC Yellow DP41583R

Rear - EBC Yellow DP41758R

 

He has selected the Forester 2.0 Turbo 2014- (240BHP) for his front which is EBC yellow DP41583R (disc dimension 316mm) , but for the rear, there is no set number for Turbo 2014-, what is see from the guide, he has selected the BRZ 2.0 - DP41758R (disc dimension 290mm)?

 

My guess is for FNA, we have to look at 2.0 2013- (150BHP), but there are two options for front DP41884R (disc dimension 294mm) and DP41583R (disc dimension 316mm). Understand that the disc dimension FNA should be smaller than FXT, so it shld be go for front DP41884R, but for rear, no options again?

 

I have combined the charts for easy references here....

I don't really trust MI CS.... what i understand that Forester for FXT is SJG and FNA is SJ5 when I am checking the parts compatible... even sometime the parts for SJG also compatible to SJ5, like Cusco front tower bar....

 

For FNA, I think just choose the N/A (non-turbo) for the STI pink spring, quite sure it is fit, cos got bros already installed which the model sure after 02/2017.... this is my nxt upgrade which was added in my wish list... is just a matter of time to go....

1. Since MI and even Kenny had looked into this issue, I can only recommend trying the sti front flexible stiffener since it is strangely on right side only due to presence of the exhaust I think which led to me selling off mine since not noticable misalignment (kenny's test showed only 0.4% max when I did my alignment after installation of the magic collars). Not cheap and experimental ...

2. Anti roll ARB is same as anti sway per usual setup of most cars aka stabilising bars. Sure, upgrade your front ARB without front strut but think betta to upgrade also stock already installed rear ARB first or get complete front+rear cusco ARB ... front strut to some is a bit redundant due to already stiff and heavy front of our fxt and rear ARB more important unlike front with minimal roll and front steering. In summary, rear arb-> front arb->front strut->rear strut or just get sti pink spring 1st to see if your are happy with stock front/rear ARB without front strut ... think forester ts only added primarily the single front sti stiffener, pair of rear stiffener, flexible subframe, sti lowered suspension etc. but think no change to the ARBs for a reason.

I enquired on the pink springs for FNA with MI.

 

The customer servive executive mentioned that the part no. given (ST20330SF010 and ST20380SF010)is only applicable for the vehicle year model 11/2012 TO 02/2017. Therefore not for the newer cars. Not too sure how accurate the customer service is. Any idea where else we can contact? Can't seem to find STI contact on their website

Part of the reasons why I'm sticking to Subaru/STI mods is because if there are any warranty claims, at least they are compatible parts by Subaru themselves and i might have a stronger case if they want to void the warranty.

Yes, every modification not done by MI, they can void your warranty even if sti pink spring. My frd done the sti pink spring and went for his 10k free servicing, MI put a remark on sti pink spring in the report, so it can be void tat part of warranty if anything happen. Similarly if you change the stock rims 17'' to 18'', MI will do the same remark in the report, so I am expecting this on my next 10k free servicing liao...
