60k plus can get attrage, but whenever i see the car moving on the road, i fear for the driver, car seems a bit high and unstable when going at high speed.

ya loh... i meant some days its perfect. some just irritate the hell out of me. the sound quality when played over spotify etc is quite nice.. the stock speakers that is with soem tqeaking.

Out car only has 2 speakers at the door right? i want to have a better whole experience wonder if i should add 2 more speakers  any shop lobang?

I have been thinking of adding 2 more speakers myself, but after researching, many say that the best sound quality comes from 2 channels. "Surround is for movie, stereo is for music." is the conclusion.

Maybe you can invest in an amp, subwoofer (underseat active if no space) and better speakers.

I've been driving my new attrage for few weeks already, approaching 1000 km. I'm really pleasantly surprised to what this budget car has offered. I bought at $72K upper spec version. It really serve its purpose well in moving 5 adults from point A to point B in comfort, reliability and spaciousness. So much so that I really don't see the point in paying another $70k or $140k to get better car unless I love cars, which I'm not a big fan of fancy cars.

I used to own Vios, Wish and being a passenger of my dad's car which is Merc E class, driven new Altis several times in rental, being a Uber/Grab passenger in variety of mid range cars. So when I get new Attrage I thought it will be noisey, uncomfortable, squeezy, lack of power etc. But it's almost as comfy and spacious as mid range cars and its powerful. The sound proofing is excellent. The interior don't feel budget. And it got many features that don't usually comes with cheap car. It's totally different from the reviews I seen from YouTube and online articles. The 1.2L feels like vios 1.5l. I am very satisfied with this car especially when I look at the low monthly cost of car ownership.

In terms depreciation apart from China cars, Accent (manual or automatic transmission) have lower depreciation as it has a much higher PARF value of almost $6k compared to $2.5k for attrage. Even elantra basic version also has a lower depreciation at only $1k more to Accent auto transmission. The parf value of Elantra basic is $6+k.

For attrage, Mitsubishi deducted the maximum CEVS rebate possible, leaving behind a ARF of $5k which is only $2.5k at the 10th year.

With all that in mind, Hyundai Accent and Elantra basic version would be the cheapest korean and Japanese make in Singapore with the lowest depreciation.

The best part for Hyundai is that you can pay in full without any penalty. Likewise you have the option of choosing your own insurance which is a lot cheaper than those appointed by the AD. Yup, I paid in full and chose my own insurance.

I just got the Accent too. Good value for $$.

My attrage FC for 100% expressway is 18.9 km/l (5.3l/100km). Just sharing

That value is from the odo or manual calculation? My highest from odo is 22.6km/l so far traveling on pie. Yet to finish one full tank so haven't done the manual calculation yet.

Does anyone know where can I change tyre for attrage? Not sure how to see the tyre dimension

Open driver side door, on the car frame got a sticker to show you the size of the stock tyres. You can see the size of your current tyres on side wall of the tyres itself.

185/55R15

185 is the width of the tyre

55 is the depth of the sidewall

R15 is the size of the rims you’re using

It seems even with the healthy numbers of Attrage on the road, this tyre size 185/55R15 is still not commonly found at tyre shops.. what gives?
