Sorry to say, many of the residents beside Anfield are Blues. One of the reasons cannot expand anymore. I still remembered my trip to Anfield, walking along streets beside Anfield can see a lots of front door of residents decorated in Blues.

This is something which has been thought through..... But decision is to expand. For the fans.....sentimental and historic significance and for owner, prob best ROI. The one that decides is still the owner. Next phase after this first phase will boost capacity to 60k. Not the best in capacity but a substantial boast for ticket revenue.

You should go to Highbury and see. It has become luxurious apartments with the field now a garden and the original facade of the Main Stand remains as it's conserved

Looks nice. I was looking to rent a unit there....but they wouldn't take dogs. Only cats are allowed.
