Same here..... Up to a point that whenever my surfing speed drastically drop suddenly on the move, I immediately will check if my phone had automatically connect to [email protected] i switch that wifit off immediately....  :D

you lucky liao, 90% of the time it never load for me.

I have a few email accts and apps push notification to my phone, and syn my phone to my watch, so i get alert quite often throughout the day. Usually when I am in the mall and every device goes quite for more than 30 min, I know must be connected to wireless@sg le.  Turn off wifi and "teng, teng, teng" all started coming in...  <_<

I always thought is my problem because never hear anyone talk about it, now i know i am not alone.. ^_^  [:p]  [laugh]

With the newer plans, I will stream Spotify or watch youtube if I want to.

Maybe overseas then need to watch data.

I think there is one important information on the data passport not highlighted anywhere.

For those on M1 and uses data passport often for oversea data usage, take note that on the new plan, the max  allowable local data use for data passport  is 10GB instead of your data limit, any amount in excess of 10GB will be charge at $10.70/GB and it still eats into your local data.

Example, if you have 12GB local data bundle and you use 11 GB in MY via data passport, you will be charge $10.70 for the 11th GB, and when you come back to SG, your local data bundle will be left with 1 GB only.

How accurate is this information I cannot cfm, but this came from the M1 CS when I called in to ask about it. At first she also not sure, then we hung up and she called me back with this information after checking with who ever.. [:/]

switch to the newer and cheaper M1 my sim plan? comes with 30 GB, 1,000 min talk time and foc caller ID for $25. best part - it is no contract. can terminate anytime too.

She's low data usage. Maybe 1-2gb a month. She's on the 20 dollar mysim now. But only 3/5gb?

So save the extra 5 dollars per month lol.

Maybe she will just keep on her old plan when her contract expire later this year. But was doing some comparison just now, starhub would be possible if she wants something cheaper than m1 (since she doesn't need that much data or talktime)

4G i am also quite happy liao, I no need 5G yet... [laugh]

but to me, I feel that wireless@SG really CMI lor, either that or my HW phone CMI. The speed is like takes forever to load.

I always turn wifi off and use data instead when my wifi connects to wireless@SG.  [:p]

Should connect to wirelessSGx at 5ghz. My youtube video download very fast.

20$ my sim then still gotta pay for caller id right?

The new plans include caller id.

It's right there on the data passport page.

NOTE: For customers on new Plan with Device and SIM-only Plan, Data Passport usage from your plan and add-on bundle (if any) in excess of 10GB will be charged at $10/GB.
